Led by father and son Miceál Sammon and Miceál Anthony Sammon, Quantum brings a wealth of experience to today’s Irish property sector.
Our heritage as a large-scale constructor of social infrastructure and communities has led us to assemble together some of Ireland’s most innovative, forward-thinking and talented professionals to form Quantum, a unique full-service developer with the in-house construction teams and experience to control every aspect of the build, from planning through to construction.

This growing landbank helps us achieve our aim to develop and provide to the market a range of high-quality developments, including homes for first time buyers in towns and communities that need those valuable residential additions.
