Our Difference

Our decades of experience in building communities and completing every type of project, from large social infrastructure to bespoke housing developments, have given us a clear vision for the Quantum Group.

We are aware of the responsibility of Irish developers to answer Ireland’s urgent need for quality property and, most importantly, sustainable communities that people want to live and work in. Our difference is our people. We are actively growing and building our landbank with a mixture of sites around Ireland, both with and without planning permission. This growing landbank helps us achieve our aim to develop and provide to the market a range of high-quality developments, including homes for first time buyers in towns and communities that need those valuable residential additions.

Responsibility

We are aware that we have a responsibility to use our experience in answering Ireland’s acute need for a fresh approach to property.

We aim to meet this responsibility by working with the very best in the business to push forward standards in every aspect of building, whether that’s through creating a safer and more environmentally aware site during the construction process, working with the planning authorities to ensure that we are building a desirable and amenity-rich community for both new and existing residents, or exploring ways in which we can make a very real difference in the current housing crisis.

We are excited about the future of the Irish property market and what we can do – together – to make it better for everyone.
