Quantum is led by father and son Miceál Sammon and Miceál Anthony Sammon, both of whom have immense experience in the sector.
Miceál Sr was previously head of one of Ireland’s largest builders, The Sammon Group, which employed 500 employees in high-profile projects throughout the country, including some of our biggest and most impressive social infrastructure.

Our experience and heritage as a quality large-scale builder has given us a clear vision of Ireland’s urgent need for responsible and sustainable property development – both commercial and residential – that enhance existing communities and build upon the existing fabric of a successful neighbourhood.
